The 3rd sale of the Cape winter season was extremely strong again with an offering of 184,084kgs with a clearance of 99%. The market increased with strong demand from all sectors with the stronger rand pushing prices up 1% further, which shows there is real demand in the market.

 

Kids Up to 3% dearer

Young Goats Up to 9% dearer

Adults Up to 5% dearer

 

The next auction will be held 21st October 2025.
